Are there any days the Festival Marketplace is closed? Yes. The Festival Marketplace is closed on Thanksgiving. Other than that, we are open year round.

What are the hours of business? Festival Marketplace Open Mon-Fri 9:30am - 5:00pm and Open Sat - Sun 9:30am - 6:00pm We are open on Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Is there valet parking? Yes. Festival Marketplace offers complimentary Valet parking at the east end of the mall at the Farmers’ Market entrance.

Is there additional parking? Yes. There is overflow parking to the rear of the Festival in the south parking lot.

What is a Festi-Value Dollar®? A Festi-Value Dollar® is an exclusive Festival Marketplace coupon that offers you $1.00 off with every $5.00 dollars you spend.

How do they work? If you have an item you want to purchase for $5.00 retail, you would present a $1.00 Festi-Value Dollar® and the price would be reduced to $4.00.

How do I get a Festi-Value Dollar®? Festival Marketplace frequently runs promotions in the Sun-Sentinel and other publications. Simply bring the Festi-Value® voucher found in the ad to an information booth at the Festival to receive your Festi- Value Dollars®. Photo ID is required. Other restrictions may apply. Vouchers and promotions may also be found at many participating hotels (note you must be a registered guest of the hotel to qualify.)

How long are they good for? Festi-Value Dollars® have an expiration date clearly printed on the front. Coupon and voucher expiration dates may vary.
